Mobile Access
After reading this page you will be able to: use your smartphone to scan the WebUI QR code or access the public URL for one-click authentication and mobile workspace usage.
1. Why Use Mobile QR Login
Section titled “1. Why Use Mobile QR Login”Mobile QR code login eliminates the need to type complex passwords on touchscreens. A single scan securely authenticates your mobile browser or client via a single-use token, letting you monitor AI tasks on the go.
2. Step-by-Step Login
Section titled “2. Step-by-Step Login”Method 1: Local Network Scan (Same Wi-Fi)
Section titled “Method 1: Local Network Scan (Same Wi-Fi)”- Open Settings: On the desktop client, navigate to “Settings → Remote Connection”.
- Verify Setup: Confirm that “Enable WebUI” and “Allow Remote Access” are active, and that your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- Scan the QR Code: Use your phone’s native camera or browser scanner to read the code displayed in the “QR Login” card.
- Instant Access: The browser redeems the one-time authentication token automatically and lands directly on your workbench.
Method 2: Public Tunnel Access
Section titled “Method 2: Public Tunnel Access”When away from your local Wi-Fi (e.g., using mobile 5G cellular data):
- Enable Public URL under “Settings → Remote Connection” on your desktop.
- Open the generated public URL or scan the corresponding public QR code on your mobile device.
- Enter your configured username and password to log in.
3. Supported Mobile Capabilities
Section titled “3. Supported Mobile Capabilities”The mobile WebUI experience includes:
- Live Session Lists: Browse all recent sessions and team discussions in sync with your desktop.
- Text & Voice Inputs: Send prompts, upload attachments, or dictate tasks using mobile voice inputs.
- Artifact Preview: View Markdown renderings, Office documents, code diffs, and generated images directly on mobile screens.
- Mobile Screen Wall: Tap the Screen Wall icon in the left navigation to inspect the live primary display snapshot of your host computer anytime.
4. Troubleshooting Table
Section titled “4. Troubleshooting Table”| Symptom | Likely Cause | Solution |

| Page cannot be reached | Phone is not on the same Wi-Fi or host firewall blocks port | Check Wi-Fi connection, or enable “Public URL” on the desktop client |
| QR code expired | The QR code token has timed out | Click “Refresh QR Code” on the desktop client to generate a new valid code |
| Token already redeemed | QR tokens are designed for single-use authentication | Click “Refresh QR Code” to generate another token, or bookmark the authenticated session |
How to Verify Success
Section titled “How to Verify Success”- Scanning the QR code loads the AIPC UP mobile workbench without manual password entry.
- Prompts sent from your phone are processed immediately by the host desktop AI engine, returning real-time responses.
- Opening “Screen Wall” on mobile displays smooth, low-latency display snapshots.
