Contact Support
Section titled “Contact Support”Open Settings -> About -> Contact support. The client can copy the QQ group number or open the join flow. Telegram is also available:

Report a Problem
Section titled “Report a Problem”Open Settings -> About -> Report a problem. Include reproduction steps, app version, operating system, and recent changes. Review any attached logs before submitting. Diagnostic logs may contain paths, error context, or other runtime information, so provide only what is needed.
