Remote Access (WebUI)
After reading this page you will be able to: enable WebUI remote access, log in via local network or public tunnel URLs, and use AIPC UP from external browsers.
1. What Is WebUI Remote Connection
Section titled “1. What Is WebUI Remote Connection”WebUI provides a remote entry point while the AIPC UP desktop app is running. You can access the local workspace from a phone, tablet, or another computer on the same network, or enable a public URL when needed.
2. Enabling WebUI and Port Configuration
Section titled “2. Enabling WebUI and Port Configuration”Entry: Settings → Remote Connection
- Toggle “Enable WebUI”: Turn on the switch at the top of the page to launch the embedded web server.
- Configure Port: The default listening port is
25808. If needed, customize the port and save to avoid conflicts. - Allow Remote Access: Check “Allow Remote Access” to let devices on the same local network or public proxies reach the service.
3. Access Methods and Authentication
Section titled “3. Access Methods and Authentication”The page provides connection addresses and authentication credentials:
- Local and Network Addresses:

http://127.0.0.1:25808): For browsing directly on the host computer. - Network Address (e.g.,
http://192.168.x.x:25808): For phones or tablets connected to the same Wi-Fi or LAN.

- Initial Password: Automatically generated upon first launch. Click “Change Password” to set a custom secure password.
- QR Code Login: A QR code with an expiration timer is generated on the right side. Scan it with a smartphone camera or mobile browser for one-click authentication.
4. Public URL and Relay Tunnel 🆕
Section titled “4. Public URL and Relay Tunnel 🆕”- Enable Public URL: Turn on the switch in the “Public URL” card. The service returns a public URL dynamically; use the address currently shown by the app.
- Traffic and Quota Monitoring: Displays the public connection status and consumed remote traffic quota.
- Connection interruptions: The service may retry the connection, but continuous availability is not guaranteed. Retry later and check the status if it disconnects.
5. Remote Display Monitoring (WebUI Screen Wall)
Section titled “5. Remote Display Monitoring (WebUI Screen Wall)”Once connected via WebUI, you can view the live desktop screen of your host computer at any time:
- Quick Entry: Click the Screen Wall icon in the left sidebar of the WebUI (or switch to the “Screen Wall” tab in the right preview panel).
- Lightweight & Low Bandwidth: Instead of heavy remote desktop streaming, Screen Wall uses lightweight JPEG snapshots (with selectable intervals:
1s,3s,5s,10s), allowing fast inspection even on mobile connections.
6. Security Checklist and Best Practices
Section titled “6. Security Checklist and Best Practices”- Strong Password Policy: Always update the initial random password to a robust custom password under “Account Info.”
- On-Demand Activation: Disable the WebUI switch or public tunnel in Settings when remote access is no longer needed.
- Public exposure: A public URL exposes your WebUI to external access. Enable it only when needed and disable it when finished.
- Credential Protection: Public URLs and login QR codes provide sensitive access; never share or post screenshots publicly.
How to Verify Success
Section titled “How to Verify Success”- Enabling WebUI in Settings displays valid Local, Network, and Public URLs with active status badges.
- Accessing the Network URL or scanning the QR code on a mobile browser loads the WebUI login page and grants workspace access.
- Remote prompts and file changes sync in real time with the host desktop client.
- Opening “Screen Wall” inside WebUI smoothly displays live snapshots of the host display.
