Service Agreement and Non-Commercial Disclaimer

Welcome to this system. Please be sure to read and understand the following terms carefully before you register, log in or use any technical interface provided by this system. Once you start using this service, you are deemed to have fully agreed and accepted all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Project nature and non-commercial characterization
This system is only a non-public, experimental laboratory project for individual developers to use for large language model (LLM) API interface concurrency stress testing, technical research and academic discussions. This system has never and refuses to provide commercial, production-level products and services to any enterprise, institution or public. This system does not have any commercial-grade service level agreement (SLA) guarantee.
2. Special tips on data storage mechanism (important)
Storage purpose and characterization:In order to facilitate users' personal review of conversation history and developers' concurrent technical debugging of underlying interfaces, this system will temporarily store your conversation records, prompts, and response results in the server database.
Non-security level hosting:This storage is only used as a personal experimental technology cache and does not have financial-grade or commercial-grade data encryption, leakage prevention, and disaster recovery backup security standards.
Cleanup mechanism at any time:Developers have the right to physically clear or overwrite historical conversation records at any time based on server storage load without notifying users in advance. Users should save important conversations locally. The system does not assume any responsibility for data loss.
3. Transmission of confidential data and commercial use is strictly prohibited
In view of the above-mentioned temporary data storage mechanism in this system, this system strictly prohibits any user from inputting, uploading or transmitting any data involving state secrets, commercial secrets, sensitive personal information, copyright-protected internal code, undisclosed corporate financial data, or any data that violates laws and regulations, or the confidentiality and compliance regulations of the user's institution.
When using this service, users are strictly prohibited from using it for any commercial operations, commercial production environment or any for-profit activities.
Any data leakage, commercial losses or legal disputes caused by users violating the above agreement and uploading confidential data without authorization shall be borne entirely by the user personally. This system and its developers are completely unaware of and not involved in this, and do not assume any joint or liability liability.
4. Statement on the recharge mechanism
The essence of any recharge, sponsorship or point purchase mechanism established in the system is only to share the hardware and token consumption costs of individual developers calling the upstream official API (i.e. AA production cost sharing), and to limit malicious brushing behavior. Recharging does not constitute the establishment of any commercial service contract, nor does it mean that the system provides you with any commercial quality guarantee or after-sales commitment.
5. Rights Holder Notice and "Notice-and-Takedown" Mechanism
If any third-party organization or rights holder discovers that a user has illegally used membership or this system to transmit infringing or confidential data, please contact the developer immediately through official channels. After receiving valid notification and verification from the rights holder, the developer has the right to immediately take necessary stop-loss measures without notifying the user involved, such as blocking the account, physically crushing the associated temporary storage data in the underlying database, disconnecting the service link and refunding the original money.
6. Reverse compensation clauses for illegal users against developers
Reverse accountability:If the system or the developer himself suffers third-party claims, lawsuits, administrative penalties, or reputational damage due to a user's violation of this agreement (such as privately uploading confidential data, illegal commercial operations, etc.), the user involved must fully compensate the developer for all economic losses (including but not limited to attorney fees, litigation fees, travel expenses, fines, and third-party compensation).
7. Generative Artificial Intelligence Service Boundary Statement
Technology neutrality and channel nature:This system only provides network transmission transfer and channel technology services. The system itself does not have any R&D, training or content generation capabilities for large generative artificial intelligence (AIGC) models.
Content Compliance Review:All response content forwarded by this system comes directly from the third-party official public interface. This system does not participate in the editing, modification, or local generation of any content. Users must comply with local laws and regulations regarding generative AI content compliance during use.
